YOUR DATA, EXPLAINED
Privacy policy
Archer Keep is developed by Ravid Eliyahu, operating from Israel. Ravid Eliyahu is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. This policy explains data used by the game, its purchase and advertising services, and support.
For privacy questions or requests, contact support.ravideliyahu@gmail.com. Android package: com.archerkeep.game.
1. Data we use
Progress saved on your device
The game stores progress, equipment, currency, settings, reward limits, checkpoints, your selected age band and analytics preference on your device. It does not offer an Archer Keep login or cloud progress sync. The age screen asks for a group, not your birthday.
Purchases
Google Play processes payments. RevenueCat helps check and restore Forever Ad-Free ownership using an app customer identifier and purchase records, such as product, transaction and entitlement information. RevenueCat can determine country from a transaction or the connection IP address; its documentation says the IP address is dropped after determining country. This verification is separate from optional gameplay analytics. The game does not receive your full payment-card details. We do not supply your name or email to RevenueCat from the game.
Optional rewarded ads
Google AdMob delivers videos when you choose an available rewarded offer. Google and the advertising partners identified in the consent message can process IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Processing depends on your region, age treatment and consent choices. Restricted or non-personalized ads can still process data for delivery and fraud prevention.
Verified Forever Ad-Free owners receive the same capped bonuses without video requests. An ad-free purchase does not remove the purchase-verification service or change your separate analytics choice.
Optional gameplay analytics
Adults may enable Google Analytics for Firebase in settings. It helps measure sessions, waves, upgrades, talent choices, reward results and purchase-flow results. Google also processes app-instance identifiers and device/app information, and may derive coarse geography from connection information. Firebase advertising-ID collection and advertising-personalization consent are disabled in the app. We do not send birthdays or age-band events to analytics.
Gameplay analytics is off by default and remains off for players under 18. Turning it off stops future collection by this feature and resets its local analytics identifier; it does not automatically delete events already received by Google.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, investigate problems or handle purchase and privacy requests. Our support mailbox uses Gmail. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents.
What is optional
You are not legally required to send support messages, enable gameplay analytics, buy an upgrade or choose a rewarded video. Declining gameplay analytics does not prevent play. Declining an optional video means its video reward is not granted; verified ad-free owners receive the same capped reward without a video. Regional ad choices can affect which ads are available. Eligible players use purchase verification to check and restore ad-free ownership, including when no purchase is found. Without the information needed to verify a purchase, we may be unable to unlock or restore it. We obtain purchase status from Google Play through RevenueCat; most gameplay and device information described above is generated when the relevant feature is used.
2. Younger players
Archer Keep is intended for ages 13 and above. Selecting under 13 prevents gameplay and commerce initialization. For ages 13–17, gameplay analytics stays off, and the app requests restricted ad processing and general-audience ads. A restriction signal is sent to Google’s consent and advertising services. Age selection can be corrected in settings.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game or support, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
3. Your choices and deletion requests
- Analytics: switch off “Share gameplay analytics” in the game’s settings.
- Advertising: use “Ad privacy choices” in settings to review available regional choices. Android also provides advertising-ID controls.
- Local progress: clear Archer Keep’s app storage in Android settings to erase local progress and preferences. This is permanent for local progress. It does not refund a purchase or delete provider-held records.
- Privacy requests: email support.ravideliyahu@gmail.com with the subject “Archer Keep privacy request.” Explain whether you want access, correction or deletion. We may need limited information to locate the relevant record and verify the request. Do not send a password or card number.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal data, object to processing, restrict it, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. We will explain any records that cannot be deleted because they are needed for legal obligations or a dispute.
There is no Archer Keep account to close. Deleting a purchase-service record is different from deleting a Google account, requesting a Google Play refund or clearing local progress. Google may retain its own transaction records.
In the game’s settings, choose Privacy request details to view available service identifiers. Nothing is sent automatically. Include the relevant identifier in your email if available, before switching analytics off or clearing app storage. This feature does not turn analytics on. It cannot recover older identifiers after they have been reset, and an identifier alone does not verify ownership. If details are unavailable, you can still contact support; we will explain any limits on locating your records.
For an identifiable, verified request, we can request deletion from the relevant provider. A provider’s acceptance of a request is not immediate erasure. We will distinguish requests submitted, deletions confirmed, records retained and records we cannot locate. Reinstalling the game or restoring a purchase can create new records.
4. How long data is kept
- Local game data: until app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
- Gameplay analytics: we have configured event and user data retention for two months, without resetting user retention on new activity. These choices were saved on October 16, 2026; Google states that changes can take 24 hours to apply. Standard aggregated reports are not governed by this setting.
- Purchase records: while needed to verify and restore the lifetime purchase, or until an applicable deletion request is fulfilled, subject to records required for legal obligations or disputes.
- Support messages: we manually delete resolved support emails within 90 days after resolution, unless a continuing dispute or legal obligation requires retention.
- Advertising and provider records: retention is governed by the relevant provider’s practices and our applicable service settings. The app does not set a single retention period for all Google-held data.
RevenueCat also keeps anonymous customer records for eligible players who have not purchased. We currently have no scheduled deletion period for those records; you can request deletion through support. Uninstalling the game does not itself delete these provider-held records.
5. Providers and security
We use Google Play for transactions, RevenueCat for purchase verification, Google AdMob for rewarded ads, Google Analytics for Firebase for optional gameplay measurement, and Gmail for support. These providers may process data in countries other than yours. Their privacy information explains their handling and applicable safeguards.

The app disables cleartext network traffic and uses the providers’ encrypted connections. We limit access to service accounts and keep private service credentials out of the app. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
6. This website and policy changes
This support site is delivered through Cloudflare. Its authored pages contain no analytics scripts, advertising scripts or forms. Email links open your email app. We have not enabled Worker logs or traces on this deployment. Cloudflare can still process connection information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect websites; this hosting and security processing is separate from optional gameplay analytics. We provide and protect this support website based on our legitimate interests in making support information securely available. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We will update this page when data practices change, show the effective date, and provide additional notice or request consent where required.
7. Purposes, legal bases and international processing
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, we rely on your consent for optional gameplay analytics and for advertising storage, personalization or other processing that requires consent. Purchase fulfillment and restoration use information needed to provide the purchase you request. Limited ownership checks, security, fraud prevention and responding to support requests serve our legitimate interests in running a reliable game, honoring paid benefits and helping players. We use information where necessary to meet applicable legal obligations, such as transaction or dispute requirements.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting support. We will assess your circumstances and the applicable requirements. We do not use gameplay information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
As an Israel-based developer, we and our providers may process information in Israel, the United States and other countries where the providers operate. Applicable provider agreements contain transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and UK adaptations where required. You can request information about the safeguards relevant to your data from support. See Google’s transfer information, RevenueCat’s data-processing terms and Cloudflare’s data-processing terms.
8. Regional privacy rights
Israel: you may request access to personal information about you and request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date, subject to applicable law. Contact support to exercise these rights.
EEA, UK and Switzerland: the rights described in section 3 apply as provided by your local law. You may complain to your local supervisory authority; UK residents can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
US states: depending on the law that applies to you and to us, rights can include access, correction, deletion, portability and opting out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We do not exchange personal information for money. Advertising-related disclosure of identifiers and interactions can count as a sale or sharing under some laws. Use the game’s Ad privacy choices for available regional advertising choices, or contact support. We configure players who select an under-18 age group for restricted ad processing. The website’s authored pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts. Cloudflare may add service-protection or performance script markup; this deployment’s Content Security Policy blocks those scripts.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may ask for proportionate evidence of authority and verify the request. If we decline a request, you can reply asking us to review or appeal that decision. We will respond within the time limits that apply. We do not penalize you for exercising privacy rights; feature limitations that follow from data being unavailable are explained in this notice.
